When a customer calls T-Mobile, employees use a tool called Expert Assist to provide support. As a sr product designer on the Expert Assist team, I was responsible for integrating AI insights and messaging into the experience.

Research showed that employees were overwhelmed by unstructured AI insights and viewed them as an obstacle to helping the customer.
I focused on relentlessly simplifying the experience by showing only the most important information at the right time.
